OH MY GOD THIS COSTUME. The next time I have less than a week to make something and I go through with it, someone throw me off a roof. I usually leave my descriptions brief, but I have to recount the saga of that fucking mask:

1. Mold mask to head with wonderflex, got a lot of my hair stuck.
2. Try 5x horns structure with a combo of hot glue, wire, cardboard, model magic, NOTHING worked, everything looked too thick or sagged and had no rigidity.
3. Finally got a nice rigid structure carving insulation foam and covering with rigid wrap.
4. Attach horns to mask with wire and hot glue and more wonderflex, had to keep adjusting it for like 2 hours because every panel of this damn mask HAS THE HORNS AT A DIFFERENT ANGLE.
5. Started to paperclay, one horn CAME LOOSE while sculpting, had to build it up thickly with wonderflex to keep it still, one horn is bigger than other FFFFFF.
6. Put wig on, MASK DID NOT FIT BOTH WIG AND HEAD and chafed my skin.
7. Cut out the WHOLE back, expanded it out, covered it with paperclay.
8. Sand to hell, gesso to hell, spray painted, DONE.

I lack probably about 2 feet of height to really look alright and not like a midget with a huge head derp. OH WELL. I'm such a tool for this character, you could use my head to hammer nails down.
